v1.0.0a10 - QUIT AND BACK

So in case you wanted to stop playing our wonderful game... you can now press Escape to pause the level. (Escape also works to resume the level as well). There's also now a back button from the level selector (so you can enable the spinning donkey).

CHANGELOG:

• Escape now pauses the level
• You can now quit the level from the pause menu
• You can now go back from the level menu
